WAZU JAPAN collects very little information. For customers paying by credit card, we don't even ask for addresses or telephone numbers, as they are not relevant to the provision of hosting services.

Nor do we keep any financial information - in fact, we never see it. Only our payment providers see that.

The data we do keep are confined to:

Name
Domain name
Email address
Country
The parameters of your hosting plan

Those data are kept in an offline encrypted database.

We do not share those data with any other party, and will not do so unless required to by legal process.
