If you have any support issues, just click here to send us an email, making sure that you put your domain name in the title. Explain the issue in as much detail as possible.

These are the most common problems:

• Pages not in html_public folder
  
  
• Wrong permissions on web pages
  
  
• Especially with images, wrong capitalization.
  
  Myimage.jpg is not the same as Myimage.JPG
  
  
• Failure to refresh the browser (control-R) after uploading new files
  
  
• Missing end tags in HTML
